Hmmm...So I guess that driving around with your laptop running
Auditor and looking for open access points is out of the question.

You could try a live cd of the latest Breezy build.  There has been
a _lot_ of work put into making Breezy work well on laptops.

BTW, none of the Starbucks that I've been in here (in Canada) have
wireless available.  Fortunately, lots of other coffee shops do.  So
my business goes where the wireless is.
