Sound problems with Breezy

open the Volume Control app, go to Edit-->Preferences, and  check all of
the options. this will ensure every slider and switch is visible. then,
play with them all until things start to work. in my case, it was
because the 'external amplifier switch was on. i get no sound with it on.
