Yea, bit off topic.
But www.brinkster.com has good quality service.
I dont think you mean a top-level domain. '.com' is a top level domain 
(tld), as is '.org'. If you do mean a tld, then expect to pay a lot 
more, or have a very good reason why you should have it, then head over 
to icann.
