You can run macromedia's official flashplayer standalone binary via qemu.  
Colours were messed up last time I checked, due to endianness issues (I 
presume), but otherwise, it seemed to work.  To do that, you'd need to 
download the actual flash file and run it separately, though I know it's 
possible to hack it so it embeds and works as a plugin.

However...

My advice is to boycott sites that use technology that effectively excludes 
you.
