cd/dvd not detected in installation

If your CD is scsi or a non-standard chipset IDE, it could be the
problem.

I have an older Supermicro P6-DBS mobo with an AIC-7895 onboard
controller.  It will boot up to the Ubuntu prompt from an install CD,
but when you start the install, it wont be able to find a cdrom drive
unless you specify *linux scsi=aic7xxx* (that is the chipsetdrive for
*MY* mobo... YMMV.
