Boot code manipulation

I eventually got Gujin downloaded and operational.. Unfortunately it is less user friendly and effective as SBM so proved useless in my case..
I looked at Loadlin and might give it a try later when I can figure out all the parameters.. It's almost like going back 50 years when you had to boot mainframe computers by manually entering binary code at the i/o device.
I found something on the UBUNTU shipit CDs though which might work and I'll try that first.

loadlin will work, you could try this tool too:
http://gujin.sourceforge.net/

I have searched for the tool that I mentioned to no avail, unsure now
if it was even on a Slackware CD, but it was on some Linux/BSD distro,
maybe it was just a utility I had a dream about once
