Well, here is my train of thought on this. People are requesting free
professionally manufactured copies in a nice package. Then they are
complaining that it takes 2 or more months to get their free order.
Come on, even I know that's just bad to want your cake and eat it too.
Now the exception falls on what you mentioned with special functions
(like conferences, shows, etc..) where there was a special order
coordinated  ahead of time. But for joe six pack that ordered 10
copies for him and his drinking buds, there is no reason to complain
that it took 2 months to get.

Sure we can file a bug report on the system. However, given the nature
of the money involved with getting the cd's manufactured, nice covers
printed up and the shipping costs we should be a little more
respectful with the people that are feeding us our craving of Linux.
(I'm not pointing fingers at anyone here, just citing an opinion)
