RSS feeds of package updates

Hi all,

Reinhard Tartler suggested the creation of RSS feeds of the
breezy-changes list. I liked this idea so I created automatic rss feeds
for breezy-changes, hoary-changes and warty-changes.

The feeds can be found at:

http://www.ubuntulinux.nl/files/warty.xml
http://www.ubuntulinux.nl/files/hoary.xml
http://www.ubuntulinux.nl/files/breezy.xml

Currently the content is simply the changelog wrapped in <pre>...</pre>
tags. I'll work on making this a bit prettier.

Since the feeds are only updated automatically, the hoary and warty
feeds are still empty.
