That looks fairly standard to me!

I'm not sure how to set this up, to be honest! I tink you would have to
be running a local BIND daemon in caching mode, or some such. You might
look at the contents of /etc/resolv.conf and make sure it's pointing to
your ISPs dns servers. If you have a router, then this might be acting
as a dns proxy, but then resolv.conf should point to your router.

I see you;ve tried telnet'inf to port 80 of the IP address which does
not work either. You might want to do a netstat -r and check your
routing tables to make sure nothing weird has got in there.

Sorry about missing off the 5! Clumsy editing on my part! You might also
try traceroute from the Applications->Network Tools menu item and do a
traceroute to the IP address and see how far it gets.
