Reporting bugs on (new) universe packages

Hi!

I wanted to report a bug on childsplay on breezy.
It is not installable, because it needs python<2.4, but python2.4.1 is
installed.

So I started with https://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/

Via apt-cache show childsplay I found out, it belongs to universe

I selected the universe and was redirected to:
https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/distros/ubuntu/+bugs

Well, I created an account there.

But it seems, that the childsplay package is not yet available there.

So my question is, how can I report that bug?
