Firefox 1.03?

Is there any way to bring this to the attention of the Ubuntu devs and
ask that an update be posted ASAP in main? I understand that it may
not be possible to security update every app out there, but something
as fundamental as a browser HAS to be updated by the distro as soon as
there are security patches released. Otherwise users are either
exposed to malicious hacks or have to get a different version of the
browser from Mozilla (which sort of defeats the purpose of having it
in the Ubuntu repository).
