looking for libmp4v2.so.0

hi guys. the xmms plugin for mpeg4 doesn't work because it needs
libmp4v2.so.0. the rpm packages of faad2 provide this library, while
the ubuntu faad deb does not. so i tried to symlink the libmp4.so
binary that comes with the ubuntu deb to libmp4v2.so.0, but then i get
undfined function calls when starting xmms. anyone know where a debian
user can obtain this file? thanks guys
