Any "Compellng" reason to upgrade?

Hopefully this would be the default browser page, and on the menus, 
high up :-)

How about a small script called "gcc" that says "gcc is not installed 
by default - please insert the CDROM and enter the command 'apt-get 
install build-tools'" ?
