Hoary: printing with Epson Stylus Photo R200 a mess

The gimp-print-2.4.7 driver is certainly not optimal however I
have never had problems printing "test pages" under FC3.

Under Hoary the "test page" is completely botched (whatever printer
configuration you choose). So it might be the Hoary/Debian
implementation that is causing this (and the other problems when
printing photos).

I might look into the gimp-print-5.0.0.b3 version if I have the time and
inclination.
I just downloaded and tried the 'trial' TurboPrint driver.
It installs but does not work under Hoary: missing (older) libs!
Did you get it working under Hoary?
