Not to defend Microsoft, but there are only so many things one may do
to a circle with three stylized people in it.  A superimposition will
invariably show that the three are occupying the same <one third> area
in the circle.  Any circle drawn by anybody with three equal objects, no
matter how stylized, will use one third of the circle and superimpose
nicely.

But I still bet they ripped it off.
