network installation ?

Hi guys,

I have an IBM Thinkpad x24. The external CD Rom is faulty. The BIOS has no 
pxe boot and the only other device it can use for bootup is the external 
floppy diskdrive. Is there anyway I can get to install Ubuntu on the 
notebook ?
