Upgrade to Hoary: Ubuntu-update

The addition of new packages is handled by the ubuntu-* metapackages,
such as ubuntu-desktop. If you have removed that package (most
commonly by installing totem-xine in Warty) then all the new packages
won't get brought back in. To fix this, run "sudo apt-get install
ubuntu-base ubuntu-desktop" and it should bring in any other new
packages. Hoary's metapackages seem to be a bit more flexible,
particularly in regards to the totem-xine issue that many people run
into.
