Any "Compellng" reason to upgrade?

I don't know why PHP4 isn't in main, but Apache2 is. I'd have to assume 
that because the original promotion of Ubuntu was as a desktop OS, the 
presence of PHP4 was seen as not as high a priority as you see it.

There is a Server Team on the wiki - post Hoary, I know that they 
intend to take on a more active role. These are the people who need to 
realise that PHP4 isn't in main :-) Hi guys!
