gaim + guifications plugin

If you have a working copy of this theme would you post it? I'm also not
able to untar the file:

tar: Read 6864 bytes from Clearlooks_Human.tar.gz
tar: This does not look like a tar archive
tar: Skipping to next header
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
