I am using icewm with Ubuntu (server install). My open office spellcheck 
is not working at all.

There has been google help on Gnome and KDE on how to specify a 
different dictionary. However it is all graphical system based (ie go to 
settings and click on this).

Does anyone know how to change the office dictionary locality from the 
terminal.

I have installed aspell.
