Which filesystem should I use

Hi ppl,

I'm planning for my new Ubuntuserver. And I''m wondering if you know 
which filesystem is the fastet, most stable and so on.
I'm having mostly Officefiles, pictures.

What I'm considering is
- EXT2
- EXT3
- XFS
- ReiserFS-3.6
- ReiserFS-4 (can't be used on boot as I see though)

Which should I use for
/boot
/
/usr
/var
/tmp
/storage (where all our data is) (around 1TB)
