pgp error for wwwkeys.eu.pgp.net

I get and error when wanting to download the pgp key for
wwwkeys.eu.pgp.net
the key is: 1F41B907

I need this to download some software,

This is described in the http://ubuntuguide.org

Any one know where I can download this key as a text ??

or is the server down?
