Ubuntu Mini-RAM HOWTO

To Quote Jack below I think it is time to construct a lightweight ISO
image for Ubuntu. I will be making one for Hoary. A friend of mine has
done it for debian. Anyone considering this as well. We need a team
ASAP and feel free to email me and we can get started.
