Best way to upgrade?

That is also exactly how I feel, I am so impatient to see how far and
how fast Linux/Ubuntu can go. 
Things go so quickly recently it seems, that in 3 years time, even my
mum will know what Linux is, and in 5 years, it will rule the world,
every kid will leanr computing at school on Linux, then later at Uni,
they will all have a laptop with Wifi, running Linux, then later at
work, there will be Linux and all workstations and servers.
Linux everywhere !!! :o))))
