All other sites were working fine, I was having problems reaching
Distrowatch only, hence I thought the site was down...
How many DNS are there around the world ?
My cable modem uses DHCP so the DNS IP's are automatically set.
they are 85.68.0.7 and 85.68.0.8
Works fine usually, it's the first time that I have a name resolution
problem, so probably not worth changing the DNS.
Also, if my DNS couldn't resolve it, why didn't it send the
query/request to the nearest DNS, to see if it could suss it out ? Don't
DNS talk to each other to be more efficient ??

I must confess, I made a big mistake ! When I was so enthusiastic once
the download was finished, that I burnt the ISO, rebooted, and wiped the
disk to re-install Hoary... hence losing the ISO file ! So I can't share
it with others anymore :o( <red faced Vince, ashamed...running away

Yes, I do find this quite annoying. Hopefully Breezy will come up with
some solution ? :o) In the meantime, playing with the "max_uploads"and
"max_upload-rate" of btdownload, allows some degree of control, better
than nothing.
