You can do that with parted or qparted which is the same with a GUI, 
very similar to partitionMagic. The only issue is that it doesn't work 
on windows. But there is an easy solution, if you have a good internet 
connection : downloads http://www.sysresccd.org/ . Just write it on a 
cd, boot from it and type qparted on the shell and you will be able to 
resize your widows partition... Knoppix or Mepis live distribution 
contains it also.
