CTRL key on IBM Thinkpad not working

but i have two keys and both are not working. I will try to find a old
dos disk and run there a tool to test the keyboard. I hope i can find
it.
Has here maybe anyone such a tool?

What astonish me is, that i had the problem in the past and i pressed
some buttons on the keyboard, after this the control key worked for
some time. Maybe it is a bios problem of the notebook.

I will try to find the problem this weekend.
