Small Human Theme Bug? Or Maybe Gaim HIG Bug?

Hi all,

While using gaim I noticed that where the buttons are on the bottom of
a chat window there is a small gap between the bottom corners of the
window and the buttons themselves. This only seems to happen with the
clearlooks based human theme.

Human/Clearlooks theme bug?

Gaim HIG bug?

I'm not entirely sure and since a picture is worth a thousand
words...here ya go...
