Mono Packages and Ubuntu

Mono C# compiler version 1.0.5.0

I am running hoary.  Unfortunately there are quite a number of bugs
that don't get resolved until something like 1.1.3.  So I am at a
point where Mono on Hoary is not really usable for me for development
purposes.
