Networking between Ubuntu and MacOS X

What am I saying? I must be getting old! Experiment first, then give up!!!

Turn on Windows file sharing in Mac OS X and you may be able to login
using Ubuntu's "nautilus". I'm not sure if Windows file sharing is SMB
or NFS (SMB I'm thinking).
