epson epl 5900l not working

I've just installed Ubuntu. I'm really impressed, everything works fine, 
but my epson epl 5900l (laser printer) dosn't work.
It seems to be configured perfectly (I was using the same driver under 
mandrake 10), but when i launch the print it just crashes...
