How to adjust screen resolution in Ubuntu ?

Hi folks,

I have successfully got nvidia's driver installed in ubuntu, but seems
I am unable to change my display resolution. I want to change it to
1280*960, even edit etc/X11/XF86Config-4, but it just stays at
1024*768. (BTW, my video card is GF4 Ti4200.)

Deos anyone know how to get it solved?
Or is there anyone out there is encountering the same problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
