KDE menu/font appearance, without KDE.

Hello

I have installed quanta and k3b, but the menu of those applications look just
horrible. I installed them from ubuntu universe, so I just have the KDE libs
required for those apps loaded.

What do I need to do to be able to change the fonts of the menus? Do I need to
install the full-blown KDE? I used kde just a few times over the last few
years...
