Simple question on installing Ubuntu on auxiliary SATA drive...

This is just to report that I've successfully installed Ubuntu on my
AMD64 machine (w/nForce3 250Gb motherboard). I took Colin's advice and
used the 9/22/04 daily build of the warty-amd64 cd and it detected my
SATA drives this time. Everything went super smoothly. Even the onboard
Marvel gigabit ethernet controller worked without my having to install
the nVidia network drivers (and that never happened when I installed
gentoo).

Thank you, Colin, for the help and advice!

Ubuntu looks to have a lot of promise! Very well-done! I like it a lot!

Best regards,

-Kevin
