battery... too low!!

hi all,

looking on debian ML archives i have found an interesting post here:

this post of 06/25 confirm that there is a bug in the kernel, but the 
patch is ready:

> /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0
>      is completely empty! no sub folders... nothing!

this still occurs in actual ubuntu build.

i hope that this post can help the maintainer to fix the kernel in next 
update. :-)
