Closing thoughts had no intent to be confrontational nor negative, but
rather positive criticism. As I mentioned before that I would love to
migrate to Linux, and even more so to a distribution with South
African/African influence. Even asked for help to get my system up and
running in more than 640X480 mode, not like I am throwing in the towel and
are ready to admit defeat. I am rather just looking to find support for this
problem, so that I also can play with the all the great features everybody
has been so impress with.

Given that this is a preview release, I think it's a bit premature to
judge the distribution based on bugs that need to be worked out.
Monitor probing doesn't work for everyone right now, but I'm sure it
will be fixed soon. I would avoid such closing thoughts in the future
as they might be seen as confrontational and negative, especially in
this case since you mentioned yourself that you knew this was a
pre-release.
