dreaded i810 chipset? is it not supported? i have 2 machines with i810
and i am downloading ubuntu right now through bittorrent. does that mean
that i'll not be able to get it in the GUI mode? i810 support was there
since redhat 6.2 days, so i expect it to work in ubuntu too :-|

also, i'll be installing it alongside mandrake as well. i have four
partitions, and the one i can spare is of 1 GB. i plan to remove
mandrake and use ubuntu full time if it suits the requirements. will it
get installed in 1 GB, just for the initial testing?

thanks for help
