There is no "/etc/modules".

I tried putting the above in "/etc/modutils/actions" and then running
"update-modules" to re-create the "modules.conf" file but "no-cigar"

I tried creating a file called "my-i2c" in "/etc/modprobe.d" like
this:

"install i2c-dev /sbin/modprobe"
....

But again fails to pre-load the modules!

So, where is it done!

It's simple in Fedora, just put what you want in "rc.local" and it
loads!
Where is Ubuntu's last run local script file!

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
