IPv6 Nightmares. Why cant I not use!

4) Change the value from -false- to -true-

6) Fire up the browser and test it out
I've done these things & now have IPv6 loaded & -I think- the
performance is okay - I really don't know how to objectively measure
it, which is why I'm looking for verification.
