Except that I can't get it to work.  Weird.  I have an nvidia card, but
XFree86 -scanbus doesn't work.

BusID pci:1:0:0 is fine, but what do I put for the other "device".  And
now something goes wrong with gnome.  I get panels, for instance, but no
actual icons or applets on them.

Very odd.

Does xinerama work *without* the nvidia extentions, kernel, etc?
