Hotplug errors on boot

Just installed Ubuntu on a Dell D600. Every boot I get the following 
hotplug errors:

shpchp (twice)
pciehp (twice)
hw_random (once)

"error inserting" etc "operation not permitted"

after these the boot continues, everything I need seems to be working fine.

Not a show stopper I know, but it would speed up booting to get rid of 
these, and esthetically be better as well<G>.

I searched through all the documentation at Ubuntu, nothing came up.

Any ideas?
