It's gdesklets :)
Install them, then run gdesklets
go to /usr/share/gdesklets/Displays
First of all go into the folder of somerthing that looks interesting,
such as the clock *g*, right click on the .Display file and open with
and set it to gdesklets.
Then when you look at the other .display files you need only double
click on them to get them working.
Note you need to run gdesklets to actually show them.(Either before or
after adding them) Simply right click on them to see preferences etc
and middle click to move them around.
