Recommended maintenance tasks?

Mondo is available in universe.  But there has been past discussions
on this list a couple of weeks ago about that software, and its
potential problems from a security and bugs point of view (with
respect with mondo in general, and also with the specific older
version available in universe).


Is there any other backup software in universe that people would recommend?
