This isn't an error; it is just a warning. The version of links you
are building will run correctly.

However, I'd just recommend installing the links package available in
the universe. It's really elinks, true, but unless you have some
specific reason to run links 2.1pre15 it probably meets your needs.
It's what I use from the console.
