Will there be a boot splash like the one in suse, mandrake?

Yeap,  splash=0 to disable it,  splash=silent or  splash=verbose for
silent or verbose mode. If you put it to silent, it will display just
bootsplash image with progressbar (plus optional mng animations) and if
during boot you get an error, it switches to verbose mode.
