The bank account argument is specious. Ubuntu (or any distro) can't base
version selection on something like that - my situation is the opposite,
with my bank being slow to accept newer versions, so .10PR does not work
for me. 

I agree with the decision to go back to 0.9; I run .10PR on my FC2
machine, and it has several problems, including frequent segfaults and
slowdowns.
