Inotify Kernel Happy; Beagle Complains About dbus-glib-1.dll

OK, sheepishly answering myself, I just let Synaptic tell me which
dbus packages I'd installed and noticed that dbus-glib-1-dev wasn't
installed.  I installed it and beagled started without whining. I'll
let it get on with indexing and then see what Best does.
