gnome-panel freezes after upgraded

It doesn't start, however this produces some results...(unkonwn error messages)
some minuters later bonnobo-activation is a process again... (I have killed it almost 5 times now and this produces some results...

1) Stop sound server (esd) to start on startup. (computer/desktop
preferences/sound).
2) Load snd-pcm-oss and snd-seq-oss in /etc/modules
