I use jigdo everyday to have a new version CD. It 's a very good way to
download.
I just apt-get install jigdo-lite with this dependancies
Run jigdo-lite
specify server :
http://releases.ubuntu.com/warty/warty-release-install-i386.jigdo
It download the jigdo and after with your step 6 the template file.
And after your step 6 to 9.
