How do I turn off scsci emulation? Can't get UT 2004 Installed

I've run into a nasty install problem with UT 2004. I did some
research and apparently it's got something to do with scsi emulation
and my CD drive.

How do I turn off scsi emulation so I can get UT 2004 to finish installing?
